Natalie Portman - no no no

20 03 2005

Rule Numero uno in the Rahulio’s fashion guide book: Pretty girls should not, I am repeating, NOT wear their grandmother’s drapes to the Oscars. This is wrong wrong wrong.

Were it not for simple diamond studs the whole outfit would be a lost. Lost! Oh honey, consult the Rahulio, not the Star Wars costume department next time. Rahulio De Los Estradillas is here to help. The Rahulio, he is your friend.

Natalie, she graduated from the Harvard and was nominated for Oscar for her role in Closer . She was maybe not supposed to go to Oscars because of the shyness, but Rahulio didn’t see any shyness in that movie where she played the stripping.

The smart cookie, she is now shooting a movie in Israel with director Amos Gitai.

Wow, now you’re ripping off Manolo and the Fugly Girls at the same time! Care to go for a trifecta? How about reviewing a Hong Kong Wedding outfit and bringing in Spirit Fingers too?

mcmcgoose, chill out, my friend. Who is linked on the side? Those our our friends, our inspirations. From Rahulio and I, there is only love.

Ok, people, this is getting RIDICULOUS! Can we please stop obsessing about who Rahulio’s comments sound like and focus instead on the gorgeous jewelry, which is the point of this site? And about Rahulio “ripping off” the Fugly Girls, unless someone failed to inform me, the Fugly Girls have not copyrighted the right to dislike something a celebrity wears. Just ask, like any fashion magazine in the world.

By the way, I agree with Rahulio that the dress is not so great, but Natalie Portman is! “Pretty girl” is an understatement - she is beautiful and talented, but Star Wars Episode III is a waste of that talent - she should have better lines than “Oh Anakin, I thought you were dead!”, which is the oldest line EVER, first having been said by Penelope in the Odyssy, like a few thousand years ago. Not the ‘Anakin’ part. She says ‘Odysseus’. But still.
