Kelly Pickler has taken the little back dress to a different level. I love the dress – it’s light, fun and great for summer. (I’d get rid of those straps though.) What the heck is going on with her hair?! Yuck! It’s like she just got in from the beach and threw a hairband on it. There’s probably still sand in there. It’s not cute. That hair might be ok if you’re giving yourself a facial but it is not ok for the red carpet. Boo! Hiss!
