Cartier has got Kate Hudson’s back. Literally. At this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards, the starlet paired her long backless dress with a Cartier white gold and diamond long sautoir spotlight necklace, worn backwards and sliding between her shoulder blades. Now that’s luxurious.
The blonde beauty also sported diamond drop earrings, which were lovely, and two diamond rings. She paired her look with a sparkling clutch. We love when girls match their diamond jewelry to their sparkling designer handbags, don’t you?
We really like this whole look – even more than we liked her appearance at the Golden Globes, which featured those show-stopping dangling diamond earrings.
But, we’re sure that some people are going to have a problem with the backwards necklace. We think it was a great way to draw attention to her toned back, but what do you think? Should diamonds be reserved for the front or can a girl get creative with her bling?

Kate always looks fabulous! Wearing necklaces backwards might be a little uncomfortable while sitting, though. But still, I applaud her for being creative.
