Hilary Duff is one lucky lady. The former star of Lizzie McGuire has been dating 29-year-old hockey player Mike Comrie for two years, and the NHL star knows how to come through on the ice.
Comrie proffered a gigantic diamond engagement ring to the former-Disney star, which is reported to be worth approximately $1 million while the couple was vacationing in Hawaii over the weekend.
Rumor has it that the two are also shopping for mansions in the Hollywood Hills.
"After having been together for over two years, they are very excited to share this happy news," a rep for Duff told the press. "They are thankful for all of your warm wishes."
The huge bauble is gorgeous to look at, but we can’t help but think that it’s a disaster waiting to happen – what if she loses it?! Can you imagine having $1 million worth of bling on your person at all times?
