Sparkle Like The Stars

Britney finally pulled herself off the bathroom floor long enough to actually look somewhat put together. Her she’s running back from the beach in her bikini but it’s all covered (how novel!) by a nice turquoise top. Her matching earrings pull it together. I think that the chandelier earrings are a little too much for her summery blouse, but what do I know?! I’ve just been writing a jewelry blog for years and follow all the trends better than Lindsay Lohan sniffs out coke at a club.

The necklace is off though. I don’t like the way it get caught up in the neckline of Britney’s shirt. You’ve gotta know when to stop.

A different choice would have been these turquoise and 1/10 carat diamond earrings in 14K white gold. In these stunning floral earrings, petals of polished turquoise are beautifully enhanced by diamonds in exquisitely crafted white gold settings. It’s a lighter look than the chandelier earrings that Britney’s wearing and more appropriate for the beach.
