Britney Spears might be dying for a diamond engagement ring, but all she got for Valentine’s Day was McDonald’s.
It has been rumored for months that Britney Spears is waiting with bated breath for her boyfriend, Jason Trawick, to propose, though it seems that instead of a sweeping romantic bid for her hand in marriage and a sparkling diamond engagement ring, the songstress got some fries for Valentine’s Day.
The couple was pictured rolling through the fast food eatery’s drive-thru on the romantic holiday, in a white Mercedes.
Perhaps Trawick was hoping that a diamond ring would come included with a Happy Meal? (Hm, we think we just came up with an awesome proposal idea.)
At the end of last year, Celebrity-Gossip.net reported that Spears was flipping through bridal magazines and hoping for a wedding this summer.
While we’re sympathetic if Spears is anxious to tie the knot, we can’t help but hope that she doesn’t rush into anything. The princess of pop has already been married twice – once to her high school friend Jason Alexander, and then to her backup dancer Kevin Federline.
