Angelina Jolie, Sexiest Woman in the World

Angelina
Angelina has been named sexiest woman in the world by FHM magazine, but honestly, why did it take FHM this long to catch on? I would have put her at the top of the list years ago. The girl has it all going on, the lips, the attitude, the social convictions!

The sexy, windblown look that she’s sporting here (at the London premiere of Alexander) is punctuated by some seriously expensive looking jewelry: Drop diamond earrings and a necklace that should only be attempted if you can also afford your own private accessible-only-by-helicopter- surrounded-by-tigers-in-the-Cambodian- jungle vacation home. For a tamer version, check this one out.

This necklace allows you to benefit from the timeless and understated elegance of diamonds without breaking the bank. Classy, but not ostentatious, sexy yet not vulgar. Love it!

Angelina will soon be seen starring opposite the recently divorced Brad Pitt (not that she had anything to do with that) in the eagerly anticipated Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

The Oprah she is pierced!

The virgin ears of the Oprah has pierced! Oh you know it the girlfriend! The Oprah she is butch but the Rahulio love her anyway.

When the Oprah is so substantial, maybe you think little dainty earrings, they are not so good. So maybe you are going nutso and you get big big earrings! But the Rahulio he say no! A thousand times no! The newly pierced ears they are delicate like the freshly manicured toes of the Oprah!

She is must to get classic diamond or pearl studs. The classics, they do not add the ickiness strain on the ears and they dot get in the way when the Oprah, out of appreciate of the Rahulio’s always excellent advice, lets the Rahulio have little nibble… hehe, the Rahulio jokes!

Natalie Portman - no no no

Posted by rahulio @ 6:40 pm 20 03 2005

Rule Numero uno in the Rahulio’s fashion guide book: Pretty girls should not, I am repeating, NOT wear their grandmother’s drapes to the Oscars. This is wrong wrong wrong.

Were it not for simple diamond studs the whole outfit would be a lost. Lost! Oh honey, consult the Rahulio, not the Star Wars costume department next time. Rahulio De Los Estradillas is here to help. The Rahulio, he is your friend.

Natalie, she graduated from the Harvard and was nominated for Oscar for her role in Closer . She was maybe not supposed to go to Oscars because of the shyness, but Rahulio didn’t see any shyness in that movie where she played the stripping.

The smart cookie, she is now shooting a movie in Israel with director Amos Gitai.

Halle Berry - Looking Hot as Always

Posted by icegrrl @ 3:22 pm 19 03 2005

Halle Berry, can you do no wrong (well, Catwoman notwithstanding) ? The former Miss Ohio, Bond Girl and Oscar winner came to the ceremony this year in a in taupe-colored one-shouldered Atelier Versace gown that couldn’t have looked better on anyone else. She kept her makeup and jewelry simple, with a bare neck and drop diamond earrings. Notice how the elongated and slim shape of the earrings serves to accentuate her lovely neckline.

Like the look? Get a much cheaper version of the same earrings in these from Ice.com:

Scarlett Johanssen at the 77th Oscars

Posted by icegrrl @ 8:18 pm 12 03 2005

scarlettScarlett Johanssen showed up to the Oscars looking lovely in a couture, full-length, matte black silk taffeta gown by British designer Roland Mouret, who also dressed her for the Golden Globe Awards this January. Is someone becoming this designer’s darling?

White diamonds where quite popular this Oscar season. Scarlett wore small delicate diamond earrings very similar to those seen here:

Scarlett can currently be seen on screen in a Love Song for Bobby Long playing her signature younger girl role to John Travolta’s tortured older man.

Cate Blanchett

Princess Buttercup Cate Blanchett showed up in a pale yellow silk taffeta that Valentino made just for her. It looked great from it’s high waist down. The top was a bit too toga-party, but we’ll let her get away with it.

She had one of Katherine Hepburn’s silk gloves stuffed in her purse for good luck. Not a bad idea, as it turns out.

Ms. Blanchett accepted the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress with the old-Hollywood grace and glamour she channeled for The Aviator and a stunning pair of earrings looking quite a bit like these ones:

If you like the sunshiny- jewelry look, pair up those earrings, and this ring and pretend you’re Cate for the day. Just don’t forget the cute Australian accent.
